Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier. If your package has not moved in transit for more than 14 days, please contact us at support@sananudo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
